In the Google Play store location, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.theengineeringzone.ICBoltGroup&hl=en_US, left panel, C is shown as 0.453 and Ce is shown as 0.441.
I assume Ce => C ‘elastic’
I agree with the C value but I think the Ce (assume C ‘elastic’) should be 0.462.
