App C2 AISC Bolt Capacity using Dash/PythonAnywhere Nov 2024

I have rebuilt one of my online apps using Dash by Plotly.

I built several features into the new version (Item C2):

1. a much clearer input screen — text and icons offer quick guidance to the user
2. responsive web design — adjusts to input devices, window dimensions, printers
3. a summary chart presenting capacity vs plate thickness
