As an exercise, I made a list of all my office books using markdown (MD).
Technical Notes

I:

• wrote the markdown in VS Code
• previewed the HTML using Markdown Converter
• added a linked table of contents (ToC) and a couple photos
• used pandoc to convert the MD file to HTML
• also built a small CSS file to format the HTML
